Supported by the Région Grand Est, these residencies enable artists to develop a research-based and/or experimental approach in relation to the region. Extending over a period of 6 months to 3 years, they are devised to foster meaningful connections between the artist’s work and the local context.
The scheme aims to:
- support experimentation and artistic research
- improve the working environment of professionals
- encourage encounters between artists and local audiences, notably through new forms of encounters
