Born in 1963, lives and works in Marseille.
Trained as a classical instrumentalist, Christian Sebille is a composer and the director of GMEM – Centre National de Création Musicale (Marseille). He works on the realization of sound installations in situ, fabricating sound objects that have the ability to be their own broadcaster. Also central in his artistic output is the notion of space, as well as collaborations with other disciplines.
